We would love to have you consider joining Hillcrest Educational Center as a member of one of our teams. We are a premier human service organization with more than 35 years of experience improving the quality of life for special needs youth through education, clinical, and residential services.

YOUR COMPENSATION: $21.00 to $24.00/hr to start with no experience or degree

  • Career Ladder Raise to Step 2 as early as 6 months: $1040
  • Continue with your Career Ladder to Step 3 and 4: $1560 for each step
  • Referral Bonus: $1500 for every referral who gets hired

Bachelor's Degree preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent accepted with relevant experience.

  • Spend a day doing a guided observation
